Position Description :

- We are currently hiring Sr. Associate Consultants for our Analytics / Decision Science practice

- As an Sr. Associate Consultant at NeenOpal Inc, you will help our clients define, design and implement complex data solutions for mission-critical information capabilities.

- You will lead teams delivering big data, data science, data engineering, data warehousing, governance, and data visualization projects, making sure that the projects get delivered on time - while ensuring customer delight.

- Please note that you must be willing to pull up your sleeves and do some heavy lifting to get a product or service off the ground in a startup environment. This means you will be juggling different roles and being a master of all things when it comes to analytics, including coding.

Responsibilities :

- Lead cross-functional teams to pilot and implement client solutions with a focus on client satisfaction across a solution area and industry verticals.

- Leverage and customize NeenOpal's proprietary analytics to client needs, resulting in exceptional client value from every project.

- Answer customers' questions, track deliveries and address customer complaints.

- Manage multiple concurrent projects ensuring exceptional client satisfaction and on-time delivery.

- Work closely with the Technology and Product Management groups to ensure ongoing refinement of our analytical tools and development of new client solutions.

- Make presentations and recommendations to clients on various deliverables in each project

- Develop and maintain skills to the highest standards consistent with best practices and emerging trends in analytics.

- Contribute to NeenOpal's development of new solutions and analytical models.

- Recruit, manage, and mentor a team of analysts

- The exact nature of duties, as well as the salary and compensation package, will be commensurate with experience and salary history.

Requirements :

- Past experience in Client Handling and Project Delivery is must.

Analytics domain experience is preferred.

Required Skills & Experience :

- An MBA Degree is preferable but not mandatory.

- Relevant expertise in using analytic tools such as Excel, SAS, SPSS, SQL, Python, R, and ML, and being able to quickly master new tools/packages when needed.

- Strong analytical skills, excellent communication skills, and the ability to communicate actionable analytical findings to a non-technical audience in clear and concise language.

- Proven ability to frame a business issue, design the right solution, and deliver results.

- Ability to lead projects and teams

- Experience with the application of statistical estimation techniques and/or optimization techniques

- Exposure to / experience working with large data sets.

- Working knowledge of market-leading data visualization tools such as - Tableau, Power BI, Qlik, etc is desired.
