Working Mode: Work from Office

Working Days: Monday to Friday (10.00AM-7.00PM)

Job Description:

- Strong understanding of HR operations, HR management, and HR policies.

- Experience in employee relations and managing HR processes

- Employee Onboarding and Off Boarding

- Hands on HR Systems Management

- Knowledge of Data Management and Reporting

- Able to solve and cater to Employee Relations

- Worked on Training and Development Coordination

- Hands on HR Support and Assistance

- Employee Engagement

- HR Process Orientations

- Grievance Handling

- HR Knowledge Share (Best Practice in Industry), Annual Appraisal and Promotion Management

- Payroll supervision and audit

- Experience with HR software and tools

Qualification:

- MBA Degree In HR. (Added Advantage)

- Prior Working experience in IT Company
