Role and Responsibilities: 1. Requirement Gathering, Requirement Analysis, Business Process Mapping, Value Workshops and Product Demonstrations 2. Gathering business requirement, mapping the requirement with system, Gap Analysis & building the solution to meet expectations 3. Preparation of BRD (Businesses Requirement Document) and FSD (Functional Specification Document), Gap Analysis documents and Write User Stories 4. Understanding and creating the flow diagram for the loan origination and at various levels 5. Interaction with Development Teams and Product Teams for solutions & enhancements to be undertaken in the Product as per requirement from different customers and competitor offerings 6. Will be working in Agile Methodology Preferred Skills: 1. Should have knowledge of following business streams (Retail and Corporate/SME business):Auto Loans, Home Loans, Cash Credit, Education Loans, Personal Loans, Corporate Banking, Working Capital, Term Loans, Over Draft 2. Awareness of banking concepts and compliances 3. Basic accounting knowledge 4. Strong communication skills - Verbal and Written 5. Able to identify business needs and current practices
