So whether you're taking your family out for a nice dinner, relaxing at a top spa, catching the latest movie with your friends or just discovering your city intimately, we make it happen.. Summary of the role : - Account Managers will be responsible for maintaining long term key customers by comprehending their requirements. - The ideal candidate will be apt in building strong relationships with strategic merchants. - You will be able to identify needs and requirements to promote our Nearbuy's solutions and achieve long term association. - The goal is to contribute to sustaining and growing our business to achieve long-term success. What will you do as a part of the team? - Develop trust relationships with key merchants - Acquire a thorough understanding of key merchant needs and requirements - Expand the relationships with existing merchants by continuously evaluating and proposing solutions that meet their objectives - Serve as the link of communication between key merchants and business - Play an integral part in generating new sales that will turn into long-lasting relationships - Prepare regular reports of progress and forecasts to internal and external stakeholders using key account metrics Requirments : - Graduates/MBA with a minimum of 3 years of work experience - Experience in Sales, especially Account Management (client servicing), is preferred - Strong communication and interpersonal skills with aptitude in building relationships with professionals of all organizational levels - Excellent organizational skills - Ability in problem-solving and negotiation - Hands on with Documents, Spreadsheet and Presentations (MS Office, Google Docs etc) - Ideally from the following industries Internet : - FMCG - Hospitality
