Skills Required : - This is a leadership role. Must be experienced in People & Process management - Should have handled a team for a minimum of 2 years - Must be experienced in managing operations - Skilled at using any of the ticketing tools - Must be good at Problem Solving and Decision Making - Must have extensive knowledge of latest industry techniques and methods - Must have excellent communication skills - Must be process oriented Key Responsibilities : - Handle the Operations team comprising of: Quality Analysts, Portal Operations, Content Associates and Image Editors - Ensure that SOPs created are implemented diligently. - Work with the relevant stakeholders to add/modify the SOPs as and when required - Coach, Train and Monitor the Operations team - Ensure that the team is regularly trained and updated on new processes and product changes - Work closely with Product, Sales & Category teams - Prepare reports and analyze productivity data to improve processes, ensure resources are properly allocated - Set goals for the team and manage performance across defined metrics - Listen to team members feedback and resolve any issues or conflicts - Recognize high performance and reward accomplishments Experience working as a Operations Manager and leading a team is a must
