Primary Tasks: - Selling advertising / sponsorship opportunities on Display banners, Video player inventory and Mobile properties of company. - Identifying potential clients and increase customer base. - Meet sales target, ensure timely execution of campaigns and follow up for realisation of payments. - Able to ideate innovative plans / options to garner larger advertising spend from advertisers and increase market share for the company. - Introduce special properties / solutions to clients and agencies to increase revenue. - Meet key decision makers to push for increased spends on NDTV Digital properties. - Take a lead role in developing and implementing best practices to generate business from assigned agencies and advertisers. - Manage team in the region, identify, hire and train sales team to meet revenue targets and meet specified goals by management. Knowledge and Skills: - Should have good understanding of market dynamics and know the leading spenders in the market. - Good understanding of Programmatic business to increase revenue. - This is a revenue lead role and achievement of targets will be important. - Understand the business model of the various advertisers and drive revenues to the company. - Good rapport with advertising agencies and key advertisers in the market. Qualification and Experience: - Experience of 7 - 14 years in Online Sales. - Masters' in Business Administration.
