NDTV - Assistant Vice President - Finance (10-15 yrs)

Qualification: CA / MBA Finance
Experience: 10-15 Years
Responsibilities:
- Financial Consolidation of subsidiaries /Joint Ventures/Associates with Parent Company under IND AS
- Preparation of standalone and consolidated financial statements under IND AS
- Review of general ledger/Trial balance/Schedules to ensue integrity of financial reporting on monthly basis
- Good knowledge of Indian Accounting Standards (IND AS) in terms of interpretation and implementation
- Coordinating with Internal auditors, follow up for implementation of recommendations
- Monthly management information system with complete analysis of variances
- Annual Capex and Revenue Budget, Monthly rolling forecast
- Coordinate with statutory auditors, Ensure timely closure of audit issues and completion of audit on time
- Write SOPs on business/finance/reporting processes
- Implement Internal Controls and monitor the same for efficacy, comply with ICFR
- Maintain strict Credit control, monitor aged receivables, coordinate with business to ensure timely collections and timely alerts for potential risk of recovery
- Coordinate Tax audit/cost audit
- Should have analytical mind and should be able to analyse transaction from various perspectives
- Good communication skill and advance knowledge of MS Office (Excel and PPT)
