Job Profile -

Head NBFC is responsible for development of NFBC function in through a competent and strategic business plan aimed to increase the clientele and enhance business growth by offering innovative strategies and solutions to clients.

Head of NBFC would also hold direct responsibility for complying with the norms laid down by regulatory authority like SEBI.

1. Understand and implement various policies and procedures related to NBFC

2. Promote NBFC division tie up with other NBFC

3. Oversee the functioning of Funding Dept.

4. Addressing govt./ regulatory investigations and queries as the principal point of contact

5. Oversee compliance related matters of the dept.

6. Ensure Process Integrity

7. Develop talent within the team support to achieve targets and take leadership positions.
