NBC became the only bearings manufacturing company in India to have won the most prestigious Deming Application Prize in 2010.  Role:  - An ideal candidate to target both existing and potential new customers in HCV/Agri/Heavy segment with assigned account responsibilities to support market and product plans within NAFTA region. It requires establishing and maintaining relationship with key accounts, acquiring and sharing market information, competitor, and customer information and generation of healthy RFQ pipeline.  - The ideal candidate essentially needs to be a person with adequate knowledge of HCV / Agri / Heavy Industrial / Tier1 segment in and should come from a Business Development background in Automotive Industry and should have preferably worked with Automotive Tier-1/component supplier from Asia.   Qualification/Expertise:   - Technical /Bachelors degree in Mechanical Engineering/Production/Industrial/Automobile/MBA preferred.   - 5-8 years of sales/BD experience in both technical and business development necessarily with Automotive OEM/Tier 1 /Auto industry/Machinery/ OEMs/ Tools/ Gear Box/ Pumps/ Axle boxes etc in LATAM region  - Understands industry specification and OEM approvals process/ Aftermarket Development  - Excellent ability to build new relationships and set fact-to-face meetings with corporate leadership through means of sourcing, cold/warm calling, and email correspondence   - Strong technical skills: Engineering + knowledge to work on various software modules like SAP/CRM etc.   NEI offers a suitable platform for deserving candidates to accelerate their career path with ample opportunities for growth and independence to work and implement strategies.
