Talent Development

- To design and drive the L&D initiatives for all the employees across the plants in alignment with the organization's long-term vision.

- To identify &develop the Training Need Identification of all the employees and design and on time release of Annual Training calendar.

- To rigorously develop the internal training capability of employees by identifying the SME- S and developing their training capability.

- Identify outside consultants and trainers to conduct training on specific topics by researching and selecting right trainers, building networks in an industry in order to ensure availability of right subject matter expertise to meet quality goals for training

- To design various week-long organization-wide initiatives that support the organization's long-term vision in accordance with the Vision, Mission and Strategic Plan of the Organization

- To assess the training feedback and prepare a complete roadmap for evaluating the short term and long training effectiveness.

- Clearing of all the external and internal audits.

- Identifying various outside training modules for developing the competency of the employees.

- Identifying and implementing the best practices in the area across the plants.

OD

- To facilitate, support and consult on endeavors to engender organizational values in the company and the creation of a unique organizational culture that gives a sustainable competitive advantage.

- To provide whole system analysis, and OD services in consultation with senior management to implement organization improvement initiatives and assure alignment with the organization's strategic plans.

- To carry out organization assessments, analyze results, make recommendations for change, help design new structures and jobs, and works to redesign management processes to meet quality standards.

- To develop and implement Human Resource Customer satisfaction data gathering, analysis, and decision-making tools to help position Human Resources as a customer responsive organization.

- To leverage diagnostic tools like Employee Survey, Performance Review, Human Resource Metrics and Communication etc. and develop additional methodologies to support charting effective OD interventions.

Digital

- To create a roadmap for digitization transformation and create a spirit of digital branding across all areas of human resources by building agility, speed, and data.

- To develop and administer the digital project portfolio for HR. Responsibility for actual deployment of digital solutions. Centralized monitoring of often-heterogeneous digital initiatives.

- The candidate should embrace the data-based experimentation and should be able to understand the complex dynamics of IT, marketing, strategy & HR.

- Measure new efficiencies and ROI by replacing manual processes with technology and thus mapping digital capabilities to strategic priorities.
