Brief Job Description : We are seeking an experienced Assistant Manager to join our Learning and Development (L&D) team. The ideal candidate will have 4-6 years of relevant experience and a passion for delivering excellent customer experiences.


Responsibilities :


- Collaborate with the L&D team to design and deliver effective training programs


- Implement best practices in customer service and support


- Develop and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders


- Analyze customer feedback to identify areas for improvement


- Contribute to the continuous improvement of L&D processes and procedures


Requirements :


- Bachelor's or Master's degree in a relevant field


- 4-6 years of experience in L&D, customer service, or a related field


- Strong interpersonal and communication skills


- Ability to work effectively as part of a team


- Proven track record of delivering excellent customer experiences
