About the Role:
- We are looking for associate training manager to lead the training team and drive the talent agenda for Navi by devising the organizational training strategy, oversee its implementation and assess its outcomes. The incumbent will be closely working with all functions, and will be responsible for ensuring quality oriented, efficient, and cost-effective talent and learning delivery for the business.
Responsibilities:
1) Reviewing and monitoring effective execution of training programmes in lines with the strategy and framework
2) Leading all people development interventions including leadership development, competencies, assessments, coaching, and other capability building programs while addressing business requirements.
3) Overseeing design, development, and implementation of programmes to address capability building, leadership development for all the functions at Navi.
4) Evaluating effectiveness of the training programs by using key metrics (both qualitative and quantitative) to identify opportunities for improvement as well as address employees' developmental needs.
5) Developing e-learning content month on month basis product changes.
6) Monthly training and quality progress & data track to be kept and documented for external audits.
Desired Skills and Functional Experience:
1) Ability to manage the full training cycle, including conducting in-person activities and using e-learning platforms.
2) Advanced organizational skills with the ability to handle multiple assignments
3) Excellent communication skills, verbal and written
4) Experience of around 6 plus years in L&D/Training function from operations/supply chain/manufacturing/ engineering / industrial product will be preferred
5) Should possess experience in implementing L&D initiatives
6)Ready to work in a fast paced start up
