Navi - Senior Manager - Credit Policy

Job Description:

- Identify improvement areas in underwriting flows

- Work with risk team on any new underwriting flows and implementing changes in a timely manner

- Monitor and analyze offer acceptance; present insights from drop-offs post approval

- Evaluate new data sources to add value regularly

- Periodic policy review and evolution with Secured-Risk team

- Troubleshoot any issues in policy implementation

- Reject inferencing and working with Secured-Risk and Product for new policy development for product variants / new products, creating templates

Experience/Requirement:

- 7+ years of experience in corporate / retail credit analysis with specific focus on financial sector

- Understanding of retail loan products and asset quality

- Strong interpersonal skills

- Attention to detail

- Problem solving attitude and solution-oriented person

- Strong verbal and written communication skills

- A methodical and logical approach

- Time management and organisational skills

Good to have:

- Experience of working in a fast-paced set-up

- Understanding of retail credit practices in the financial sector
