2. Negotiation with hospitals for the best rates and Discounts.

3. Renewal of MOU with empaneled hospitals

4. Regular analysis of Network Hospitals and dismissal of Network hospitals when required.

5. Regulate Operations of Cashless process to ensure smooth claim process.

6. Maintaining different TAT's agreed with the hospitals and resolution of any grievance related to internal teams and provider hospitals.

7. Monitoring systems and processes to ensure sustained levels of performance.
