Investigation and Control Manager

- Navi is looking for Manager Internal Investigation & Control Unit at the Group level, identifying and execute control framework for key areas on regular basis and execute investigation for the management.

- This position is based out of Bangalore, India. ( Work from Office)

Key responsibilities :

1. Mandate across two dimensions :

- Preventive: reducing occurrence of a lapse

- Detective: identifying & verifying occurrence of a lapse

2. Executing surprise audits/checks

3. Doing data analysis, finding trends, identifying the areas to investigate

4. Carrying out investigation, collaborating with the function head & presenting the findings to the management

5. Location visits basis investigation requirements

6. Engaging with agencies to get support on the items involving more detailed/forensic investigation

7. Identifying triggers for regular checks

Required Skills :

- Minimum 8+ years of relevant experience

- CFE certified would be preferred

- Hands-on approach in solving complex security problems

- Identifies stakeholder expectations, and adjusts language/ style to suit the listener; structures information to be well-reasoned and solution-focused

- Ability to balance risk, potential impact, resourcing, business drivers, and timelines

- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
