Navi General Insurance - Product Manager

Navi is a company founded by Sachin Bansal & Ankit Agarwal to build consumer-centric & technology driven businesses in the BFSI (Banking, Financial Services & Insurance) space.

Responsibilities :

- Defining Product Roadmap as per the business plan

- Detailing out the end to end business process flow

- Detailing out epics, features and user stories

- Detailing out compliance and regulatory related features, monitoring compliance changes by regulators

- Detailing out wireframes and user experiences aspects

- Work closely with Technical team building product splitting requirements into multiple user stories and continuous feedback to technical team on the outcome

- Preparing test scenarios to help test automation team

- Interacting with external stakeholders of surrounding systems to define the end to end business requirements flow

Key Skills Required :

- 2 - 5 years relevant product management experience

- Ability to conceptualize the business requirements and convert them into the product requirements

- Empathy towards needs, concerns and experience of end user of the product in designing the wireframes as well as process flows

- Ability to work in agile environment with multiple sprints

- Work experience on multiple banking products or experience with fintechs designing digital banking products is a plus
