Navi was founded by Sachin Bansal & Ankit Agarwal to build consumer-centric and technology-driven businesses in the BFSI (Banking, Financial Services & Insurance) space.
Responsibilities:
- Understand the business requirements and convert them into research objectives and executions.
- Identification, shortlisting and end to end vendor management for research projects.
- Own and execute research projects end to end (Primary - Qual and Quant and secondary research).
- Conduct FGDs, direct interviews with internal and external respondents as needed or managing them through vendors with active participation
- Research material creation (Questionnaire/discussion guide design), Analysis plan and report writing
- Strict adherence to project timelines while maintaining highest quality standards
- Build actionable insights with data - understanding the underlying insights and presenting it to key stakeholders
Requirements:
- Academic Qualification: MBA/PGDM or Equivalent (With Marketing/Analytics/Stats Specialization)
- 6-8 years (AM), 8-10 years (M) of experience in leading market research firms (Nielsen, Kantar or similar) or in CMI departments
- Ability to understand the BFSI market, customers and Product / Experience with working with BFSI clients / projects is a plus
- Experienced working on both Quantitative and Qualitative methodologies. Qualitative Experience is a must.
- Experienced in running quantitative studies like U&A, Product/Concept Tests, CBC (pricing/non pricing) and Brand Studies
- Experienced in doing interviews, moderating discussions/FGDs (as needed), building qualitative insights
- Marry data from all the sources into building hypotheses and validating them
- Creating research materials, analysing data and building reports (Both Qual and Quant)
- Ability to work in a start-up environment - very fast paced, unbound-constrained thinking
- Evolve the traditional research methodologies into most relevant new methods using new technologies
- Excellent communication skills
- Excellent organizing/ stakeholder management (internal and external)/presentation skills
