Navi - Associate Manager - HR Business Partner

Navi Technologies is founded by Sachin Bansal & Ankit Agarwal to build consumer-centric and technology-driven businesses in the BFSI (Banking, Financial Services & Insurance) space.

The ideal candidate will have experience in all areas related to the human resources field. They should be comfortable onboarding new candidates and collecting necessary background information as well as assisting employees while at work. This candidate should work closely with management in order to provide training for employees and establish ways to increase employee engagement.

Responsibilities -

1. Analyse trends and metrics in partnership with the HR group to develop solutions, programs and policies.

2. Own end to end employee life cycle.

3. mplement and drive HR programs and in some cases also act as a SPOC for certain critical HR processes - Own & drive the performance process for the team, in partnership with the business.

4. Work closely with stakeholders to formulate people agenda for respective teams and closely work with business to drive positive business outcomes.

5. Employee Relations, Engagement & Management.

6. Acts as key advisor to Business managers & handle their queries and grievances.

7. Drive employee engagement agenda for the respective teams.

8. Oversee the new employee induction and on-boarding to the team.

9. Work on various projects to proactively develop talent management practices.

Qualifications

A. Bachelor or Master's degree.

B. 4-7 years of experience in HR or related field.

C. Strong organisation, communication and conflict resolution skills.

D. Demonstrated ability to onboard new employees and manage HR tasks.

E. Proficient in Microsoft Office suite.
