Roles and Responsibilities : - Long term strategic Planning - Preparing &amp; managing the quarterly &amp; annual operating plan - Budgeting &amp; forecasting and analyzing the variances and drivers of it - Facilitate financial review meetings with business groups and work with business managers to ensure effective finance and cost management - Support the management in executing business strategies to achieve targeted KPIs/KRAs - Work with business groups for gap analysis and areas of improvement Required Skills: - 1-3 years- experience pref MBA from IIM or Undergrad from IITs - Great analytical skills and fast learner - Excellent written and oral communication skills - Consultant, Investment Banking, Equity Research, Business Finance role incorporates, etc - Ability to understand the key business drivers and its impact on the financial numbers - Takes initiative and can think of new ways to approach a problem - Strong Excel Modelling skills
