Navgrahaa Jewels - Head - Search Engine Optimization

The Head of SEO will oversee every SEO touchpoint - You'll be collaborating closely with the ecommerce team, to deliver a high growth SEO strategy.

What you'll be doing :

- Develop a world class SEO offering and ensure the product is at the leading edge of organic search.

- Manage and grow a SEO team - leading, coaching, and mentoring the team, ensuring clear objectives and development plans.

- Be a source of knowledge for all things SEO, proactively sharing ideas and recommendations on the latest developments in SEO and the wider industry.

- Accountable for implementing, driving, and optimizing SEO strategies.

- Ensure SEO efforts are having a positive commercial impact.

- Nail the optimization/continuous improvement process for SEO.

- Raise SEO literacy amongst the group. Be champion of the data and trends and own the narrative and comms

You'll need:

- Proven experience within the SEO team, working in collaboration with peers, earning trust and respect, and together making decisions that ensure growth & profitability for the business.

- Proven success developing and implementing SEO strategies with long-term results.

- Ability to oversee and drive SEO strategy whilst still working at pace and ensuring creative excellence.

- Proactive awareness and anticipation of the latest industry innovations, tools, digital channels, and the role of SEO.

- Proven leadership experience, able to build, lead and inspire high-performing, engaged teams to successful outcomes.

- A Win as One collaborator who utilizes the expertise of the team and organization to achieve results

- Ability to partner with cross-functional disciplines and to influence effectively

- Extensive all-round SEO experience, covering technical and content SEO.

- Confidence in working closely with agencies on a regular basis.

- Strong communication skills, with confidence in presenting and pitching ideas.

- Strong understanding of on-site SEO, SEO content and link building.

- Strong technical SEO strategy and hands-on technical SEO skills.

- Experience of working with an SEO agency.

- In-depth experience with the suite of SEO and analytics tools such as Google Analytics, Google Search Console, AHrefs, SEMrush, Screaming Frog etc.
