Key Responsibilities:

1. Having well versed with statutory compliance as under:

- Company Law

- Labor laws

- SEZ

- FEMA

- RBI

- Secretarial standard issued by ICSI

- Customs, FTP(EXIM)

- AML

2. Sound drafting skills.

3. Contract reading & review.

4. Filing of statutory forms.

5. Conducting AGM, EGM & BM.

6. Preparation of Minutes of AGM, EGM & BM.

7. Fundamental knowledge of Tax laws.

8. Liasoning with auditors, consultants & other stakeholders.

Qualification:

Company Secretary & LLB
