Our learner facilitators must live the messages they give and given that our area of work is people leadership, this can be a tall order.   - Motivating a group to learn and change is a difficult task and it takes a lot of behind-the-scenes effort (including self-work) to facilitate this change in a credible way.   - Self-awareness, authenticity and a powerful presence in a group setting are what we look for.   - Everybody in the organisation is involved in growing the business - meeting with clients, helping the team build skills, championing internal processes and building content.   - So interest and ability to handle some of these would be important to us. We craft roles to people's strengths and interests. A full time facilitator with us anchors workshops for 8 -10 days in the month.   - The rest of the time is spent on the enormous work that is needed behind the scenes to lead a group of learners effectively and grow the organization.   We are looking for both full time & part time facilitators :   - The person we- re looking for as a full time facilitator should have 7-15 years as a successful leader in the corporate world or as a practising domain expert in the fields we work in - with a deep interest in helping people develop.   - You should have facilitated learning or dialogue for groups for at least 3 years. What you know is important, who you are is even more important for us.   - The full time facilitator position will be based out of Bangalore.  - Our ideal part time facilitator is a leader with 10-20 years experience, who is passionate about development and can spend 2 - 6 days working with us in a month on the same.   - Part-time facilitators, come in as specialists and lead programs in the area of their expertise or passion. We do not work with facilitators who freelance with several learning organizations.   - The part time facilitator position will be based out of Bangalore.  We take a long time to make a decision. It is because we want to make every relationship a success.
