Navtech is looking for a dynamic Technical Recruiter who will play an important part in building a strong employer brand for our company to ensure we attract, hire and retain the most qualified employees.

Working as a Technical Recruiter at Navtech, you will:

1. Coordinating with hiring managers to identify staffing needs and determining selection criteria.

2. Possess ability to execute recruiting strategy, including candidate management, diversity sourcing, and interview process management.

3. Sourcing potential candidates through online channels (e.g. social platforms and professional networks.)

4. Build and maintain network of potential candidates through pro-active market research and on-going relationship.

5. Screening resumes, conducting interviews and performing skills assessment tests for various positions.

6. Maintain all pertinent applicant and interview data in the Human Resources Information System.

7. Staying current on the company's organization structure, personnel policy, and federal and state laws regarding employment practices.

8. Develop a pool of qualified candidates in advance of need; Research and recommend new sources for active and passive candidate recruiting.

Who Are We Looking For Exactly?

1. Proven work experience as a Talent Acquisition Specialist or similar role.

2. Possess the ability to recruit passive candidates and possess the mentality to "profile people and gauge chemistry of candidates for fit and understand their motivation" rather than sell a role.

3. Hands-on experience with full-cycle recruiting using various interview techniques and evaluation methods.

4. Knowledge of Applicant Tracking Systems (ATSs).

5. Should be able to handle multiple requirements simultaneously.

6. Have excellent communication, interpersonal and decision making skills.

7. Willing to attend college career fairs, interact with students and promote our employer brand.

8. Have MBA/Bachelors Degree and throughout education in English medium.
