Navtech is looking for a dynamic HR Specialist who will play an important part in building a strong employer brand for our company to ensure we attract, hire and retain the most qualified employees. Working as a HR Specialist at Navtech, you will: 1. Administer compensation and benefit plans. 2. Assist in talent acquisition and recruitment processes. 3. Conduct employee onboarding and help organize training & development initiatives. 4. Bridge management and employee relations by addressing demands, grievances or other issues. 5. Provide support to employees in various HR-related topics such as leaves and compensation and resolve any issues that may arise. 6. Promote HR programs to create an efficient and conflict-free workplace. 7. Assist in development and implementation of human resource policies. 8. Undertake tasks around performance management. 9. Gather and analyze data with useful HR metrics, like time to hire and employee turnover rates. 10. Organize quarterly and annual employee performance reviews. 11. Maintain employee files and records in electronic and paper form. 12. Enhance job satisfaction by resolving issues promptly, applying new perks and benefits and organizing team building activities. 13. Ensure compliance with labor regulations. Who Are We Looking For Exactly ? 1. Proven working experience as HR Specialist. 2. People oriented and results driven. 3. Demonstrable experience with Human Resources metrics. 4. Knowledge of HR systems and databases. 5. Outstanding knowledge of MS Office; HRIS systems (e.g. PeopleSoft) will be a plus. 6. Ability to architect strategy along with leadership skills. 7. Excellent active listening, negotiation and presentation skills. 8. Competence to build and effectively manage interpersonal relationships at all levels of the company. 9.
