Navabharat - Assistant Marketing Manager

Role and Responsibilities :

1. End-to-end supervision of brand promotions and inventory thereof from budgets and planning, to vendor coordination and on-ground execution

2. Collaborate with sales team for new product development and launches

3. Work closely with advertising agency to develop and execute promotional campaigns

4. Assist brand management team in planning and strategy

5. Monitor competitor activities and market behaviour

Qualifications and Expertise :

- Graduate/Post Graduate with basic skills in computers and a good head for mathematics and analytics

- At least 3 years of sales/marketing experience in the FMCG industry, preferably in Food Staples

- Knowledge of the edible-oil business and packaging will be preferred Fluency in English, Hindi and Telugu is essential, as are strong negotiation skills and an uncompromising, goal-oriented approach.

- Candidates with over 6 years of experience, aged 30 & above and advertising/media background candidates need not apply.
