1. Coordinates with plants for fulfilling the requirements related to Environment protection, General Safety, Fire Safety and Occupational Health.

2. To conduct periodical Safety & 5S Audits in the plant premises.

3. Scheduling & conducting SHEQ Training programs & ensuring trainings to all staff and workmen.

4. Preparation of SOP's / HIRA etc., as per the requirement.

5. Submission of documents to statutory authorities as per the requirements/Acts/Rules specified by the Laws of CFO/CFE/EC.

6. Good Liaison, drafting and communication skills.

7. Updating Env. Laws/Safety Laws from time to time and update the same to Top Management.

8. Need to have sufficient knowledge on IMS and 5 S systems.

9. Should have thorough knowledge on the EMs & Safety Systems.

10. To develop, managing and implementing EHS Policies & Procedures.
