Job Description

Roles and Responsibilities

- Responsible for delivering communications & company brand development for external and internal stakeholders

- Responsibilities will cover media relations, leadership communications, internal communications, External Communication and Employer Branding

- Manage content for all digital assets: gather content from teams and be responsible for executing the content on platforms (Social media, email marketing, website and blog content, in line with company brand standards

- Will develop and in some cases pull relevant teams to develop quality content for multiple stakeholders ( employees, media, leadership, investors ,customers) across mediums Coordinating with agencies and tracking news on group, businesses and industries.

- Write messages, announcements, speeches, briefings, success stories and features using creative, authentic language, that help to make our story engaging, interesting and meaningful for our people being able to run with it using pitched ideas

- Provide counsel, advice and examples to support leaders in owning and delivering complex communications, with a strategic focus

- Create a broad network of content owners, brand ambassadors and senior leaders across the business to support the delivery of the strategic communications plan

Desired Candidate Profile

- Candidate with 6-10 years of experience into Corporate Communication and Employer Branding.

- An excellent writer and speaker who is able to adapt their style, and who has an eye for detail and adherence to corporate tone of voice, brand and style

- Power point creation is must and designing skills (like Adobe, InDesign expertise) will add the additional wow factor

- Able to work at pace within a changing environment and adapt priorities as the business evolves
