- Monitor the day-to-day financial operations within the company, such as payroll, invoicing, MIS, Taxation, Legal &amp; Secretarial. - Oversee &amp; guide Accounts Executive in making sound decisions. - Contract outside services for tax preparation, auditing, banking, investments, and other financial needs as necessary - Track the company's financial status and performance to identify areas for potential improvement - Seek out methods for minimizing financial risk to the company - Research and analyze financial reports and market trends - Provide insightful information and expectations to senior executives to aid in long-term and short-term decision making. Interact with the Business team &amp; ensure the Finance &amp; Accounting requirements relating to Customer Invoicing, Vendor payments, Collections, Payments etc are met on a timely &amp; regular basis - Review financial data and prepare monthly and annual reports - Share on a daily/weekly/monthly basis the MIS reports required by the Business team - Present financial reports to Directors &amp; Board Members, or Clients informal meetings - Stay up to date with technological advances and accounting software to be used for financial purposes - Establish and maintain financial policies and procedures for the company - Understand and adhere to financial regulations and legislation. - Management of Daily Cashflow &amp; updation of Cash Flow Projections - Investment of surplus funds as per Company policy - Ensure that Financial Accounting system is updated on periodic basis &amp; books are closed on a monthly basis in accordance with the accounting standards &amp; audited on yearly basis within timelines. - Monitor and confirm adherence to processes by establishing adequate process controls - Ensure adherence to statutory requirements relating to Direct &amp; Indirect taxes such as Income Tax, GST through tax consultants - Ensure adherence to Secretarial &amp; Legal requirements through consultants - Drafting a business plan for proposals. Support the Business on Strategic Financial matters such as Business plans, Scenario Analysis etc. Desired Skills &amp; Experience - Advanced degree in accounting, business, economics or finance - CA qualified with 2-3 years of post qualification business experience - Superior mathematical skills - Leadership skills - Understanding of data privacy standards - Deep understanding of business principles and practices - Superior attention to detail - Process Driven &amp; Systems Oriented approach Salary offered: 7-9LPA
