We are looking out for CA's with excellent exposure in Internal Audit &amp; Management Assurance for our Corporate office based in Noida. Objective Provide value to the organization as an independent source of advice and assurance for improving the effectiveness and efficiency within the organization and provide reasonable assurance that the control environment is adequate to achieve the business objectives of the organization, otherwise recommend control improvements. Responsibilities: - Prepare annual/ quarterly audit plans for the Company in-line with the organizational and department strategy, ensuring coverage of all functions with suitable frequency. - Management Assurance on Internal Financial Controls within the Company to support to Internal Controls over Financial Reporting - Share ideas of automation opportunities with HoD Finance to upgrade - Evaluate and examine policies, procedures, processes and systems of the organization to identify risks - Based on gaps identified, design, develop and suggest controls to the management which mitigate these risks - Lead and perform operational, financial, and/ or compliance audits, and ensures compliance to the audit plans - Evaluate the reliability and integrity of information and effective use of resources - Report results and make recommendations to the management and the Board at defined frequencies. - Follow up on the progress of implementation/ management action plan for recommendations/ corrective actions. - Execute special audits/other activities mandated by HOD Finance, as-and-when required. - Support Finance HOD in driving various new projects/ controls within Finance &amp; across an organization - Carry out internal independent verification of processes &amp; controls &amp; identify areas of improvement Required Candidate profile - Should be a Chartered Accountant - Should have at least 7+ Yrs of relevant experience in Internal Audit &amp; Management Assurance - Should have exposure in Managing a Team Harsh Nagpal
