Roles
- This role will have end-to-end ownership of the e-commerce business.
- You will create the Digital Selling Strategy, work closely with the internal and external stakeholders.
- The ideal candidate will be a self-starter with a passion for product & technology, a high level of flexibility, commitment, and a sense of ownership.
- Coordinate sales and marketing efforts to boost brand awareness
- Measure marketing program effectiveness and KPIs to drive continuous improvement in strategy and output.
- Develop a detailed understanding of the product development and go-to-market process for the Digital business, as well as the factors that drive success within each segment of our business.
- Responsible for establishing a system and process that is standardized, reasonable and suitable for the Indian e-commerce sales model, and effectively complete the whole process management of the sales process.
Responsibilities
- Craft strategies for all Marketing teams, primarily Digital, Advertising, Communications and Creative.
- Ensure our brand message is strong and consistent across all channels and marketing efforts
- Identify opportunities to reach new market segments and expand market share.
- Develop specific campaigns to create and maintain high levels of customer interaction.
- Prepare and manage monthly, quarterly and annual budgets for the Marketing department.
- Monitor competition and provide ideas to stand out.
- Stay up-to-date with digital technology developments.
- Measure marketing program effectiveness and KPIs to drive continuous improvement in strategy and output.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to manage & execute all aspects of the eCommerce business including, business planning, content strategy and development, promotional campaigns and other online marketing, website design, customer service, web analytics and web technologies.
- Manage the user experience for products and services of the website including site, content development, checkout funnel and promotional campaigns.
Job Skills
- Proven work experience as Head of Marketing in D2C Brands / Digital led business
- Leadership skills with the ability to set and prioritize goals
- Strong understanding of how all current digital marketing channels function
- Solid knowledge of online marketing tools and best practices
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in Marketing
- Should have completed MBA from premier institutes
- 5+ years' in digital marketing and E-commerce
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Having the ability to multi-task, prioritize and successfully meet several deadlines at once while maintaining attention to detail.
- Ability to communicate, present and influence all levels of the organization
- Must have strong business understanding and number oriented
