Work Responsibilities:

- Entrepreneurial Mindset to scout, create opportunities and build solutions, get things done.

- Lead, plan & execute new and existing Digital initiatives & projects.

- Work closely with the founders in scaling up Digital business of the organisation.

- Shaping the company's overall Digital business strategy and developing strategic plans and assessing company performance.

- Responsible for assisting the Founders with developing, communicating, executing, and sustaining corporate strategic initiatives.

- Responsible for supporting all special projects needs of the Founders, acting as liaison with key stakeholders, analysis of market trends and internal performance, the analysis of data in collaboration with experienced data analysts, and the production of written reports and oral.

What You'll Do :

- Proactively identify industry, consumer, and technology trends as well as innovation opportunities.

- Develop the framework and implementation plan for relevant product verticals (e.g., Supply Chain), collaborating with managers to conceptualise roadmaps and execute disruptive and game-changing products and services.

- Build relationships with new or existing strategic business partners, present product concepts and innovative entry models, and develop opportunities for win-win scenarios.

- Create a scalable structure and process within the business vertical, ensuring cost-effective use of resources without hindering the potential of hyper-growth.

What are we looking for?

- 2+ years of professional working experience in a D2C digital business (ideally working with founders within a fast-paced and competitive environment, one that has experienced rapid growth and expansion)

- Bachelor's degree from Tier 1 institute (preferably IITs, BITS,IIM's)

- Structured thought-process

- Experience in managing multiple priorities, administrative coordination, and logistics

- High Execution bias

- Creative problem-solving skills

- Well organized, detail-oriented, ability to multitask with great follow-up skills

- Impeccable communication skills

- Proven track record of developing products and services from scratch (ideally "end-to-end" from ideation to successful execution)
