- Involved in consistent brand management, analyzing consumer behavior and identifying market expansion opportunities.

- Oversee brand positioning, messaging, and ensuring brand consistency across all marketing channels and campaigns.

- Develop marketing strategies aligned with overall company goals and objectives.

- Develop and manage the marketing budget, ensuring resources are allocated effectively to maximize ROI and achieve marketing objectives.

- Build and lead a high-performing marketing team.

- Proven experience as a marketing manager or director is required within the FMCG or Dairy industry.

- Must be a Graduate, preferably with an MBA or equivalent degree.

- Should be currently leading and overseeing a team successfully.
