- Financial planning and analysis, develop financial forecasts and projections.

- Oversee and manage the company's financial accounting, including accounts payable, accounts receivable and general ledger functions.

- Implement and maintain financial systems and software (ERP).

- Ensure accurate and timely financial reporting in compliance with regulatory requirements.

- Oversee the preparation of financial statements, including balance sheets, income statements and cash flow statements.

- Analyze product and service costs, pricing and margin performance.

- Implement strategies to enhance cost efficiency and margin optimization.

- Implement risk management frameworks and policies.

- Develop tax strategies to minimize tax liabilities while ensuring compliance with tax laws and regulations.

- Provide leadership and direction to the finance team.

- Should be a qualified CA.
