Responsibilities;

- The candidate will be responsible for developments in various stages from preliminary feasibility analysis to close-out across India.

- He/she will manage and oversee our projects, including site identification, site feasibility, acquisition, financial analysis and successful transition of projects from construction to operation.

- Conduct thorough market research and analysis to identify potential opportunities for development.

- Evaluate potential land acquisitions, negotiating purchase agreements and managing the due diligence process.

- Ensure compliance with zoning regulations, environmental regulations and other legal requirements at local and state levels.

- Proven expertise in real estate business development and real estate financial analysis within the retail industry.

- In-depth knowledge of real estate markets, including trends, demographics, supply and demand dynamics and regulatory requirements.
