Natural - Retail Head

- Ensure overall success of all our retail outlets within the country, manage profit & loss, sales & marketing, retail operations and expand brand footprints with new store launches.

- Define retail strategies, priorities and business planning processes aligned with company objectives.

- Act as a liaison between the company and franchisees to ensure that franchisees receive the necessary support and resources.

- Develop and implement annual business budgets and manage expenses to ensure profitability.

- Manage operations in close coordination with Area Managers, diligently monitoring store Key Performance Indicators.

- Create and execute sales and marketing strategies to drive traffic to the store, increase sales and enhance the brand's visibility.

- Effectively negotiate commercial terms with Licensors, finalize agreements and implement cost-saving measures to maximize profitability.

- Responsible for customer marketing and relations.

- Analyze market trends, customer behavior and competitor activities to identify opportunities for growth.
