Your Role
Key Account Manager - Ecommerce and Q Commerce Marketplaces and Strategic Alliances
Qualification
- B.Tech/MBA in marketing and 2-5 years' experience of working in consumer marketing domain (perishables/FMCG)
Experience
- 2+ years' experience in key account management with a proven track record, working with global brands (FMCG/grocery industry and/or online FMCG retail preferred) across sales, marketing and insight functions is a plus
- Past experience in scaling up a product/brand in the D2C online space
- Prior experience in MT would be an additional advantage
- Experience in data analysis, creating insights, embedding learnings and executing against them

Role and Responsibilities
As Key Account Manager eCommerce you will be in charge of the execution of Native's national eCommerce strategy, with a particular focus on the eCommerce pure players (Amazon), Market Places (BB, Swiggy Instamart etc) and Delivery services (e.g. Zomato). You will help establish new business partnerships with B2B, Online Marketplaces or 3rd party delivery services, as well as manage existing Key Accounts to deliver sales, volume and P/L targets
- Support Ecommerce deployment and drive online sales growth
Design and drive campaigns in the digital space to drive customer acquisition and brand awareness
Grow market share in digital marketplaces e.g. Amazon, Big Basket and Q Commerce Platforms
- Alliances
Build brand alliances and other online growth hacks to scale up the brand
Responsible for marketing strategy for new launches
- Cross functional collaboration
Interfacing with PM and Communication agency
Marketing operations management
Marketing calendar
Marketing spend optimization
