National/Zonal Head - Business Development - Paint Protection/Window Films

1. Develop and execute a comprehensive sales strategy to penetrate the Automobile segment, with a primary focus on OEMs and large Dealership Group chains in his Zone.

2. Build and maintain strong relationships with OEMs, large dealership chains, and key decision-maker in the automotive industry of Zone.

3. Identify and pursue new business opportunities by prospecting and generating leads within the OEM and dealership channels.

4. Closely coordinate with OEM sales team, conduct product training & providing guidance, for quick conversion of leads by strong follow up.

5. Collaborate with the marketing team to develop effective promotional campaigns and marketing materials targeting the Automobile segment.

6. Stay updated with industry trends, competitor activities, and market developments to identify opportunities and challenges.

7. Conduct business partners, dealership, detailing studios, & applicator meets regularly to increase influencer base for all products in his Zone.

8. Monitor sales performance, analyze data, and prepare reports on sales activities, achievements, and areas for improvement.

9. Negotiate and finalize contracts and agreements with clients, ensuring profitability and compliance with company policies.
