THIS POSITION IS A VERY UNIQUE POSITION
CANDIDATES HAVE TO CO-ORDINATE WITH OUR CLIENTS MANAGEMENT CONSULTANTS-McKINSEY& CO
Thought partner to Head of sales on Udaan SFE roll out(SFE means Sales Force Effectiveness)
Lead national roll out of SFE
Coordinate with and support regional war room and RSMs on content and process for roll out
Liaise with functions - HR, Finance, SCM, trade marketing, sales excellence - to support sales team regarding outstanding issues
Generate content for workshop, design tweaks to the project
Organize and conduct capability building workshops
Conduct/drive MSL, route re-alignment, retailer loyalty program related analytic
Implement reward and recognition program
Drive rollout of IT change requests
4- -7 year of sales experience from good FMCG company .
Preferably internal resource
MBA from premier institute
Strong drive to achieve results
Ability to communicate and influence senior sales team to drive process changes
Flexible to travel across key markets
Strong analytical skills
Decent understanding of excel, power point etc .
