National Training Manager - Wealth/Mid Market & Support Functions
1. Relevant experience in training for wealth, mid market, and support functions is a must for at least 5-7 years.
2. Team handling experience is must and provide training for over 2000 employees
3. Plan and implement a robust learning architecture for mid market & wealth and support functions, covering credit, collection, operations, marketing, IT, HR, Admin and TFAS.
4. Manage stakeholder relationship at national level and drive impact on business metrics through joint intervention and productivity initiatives.
5. Collaborate with the head - functional training to lead scalable projects/ initiatives aimed at enhancing employee productivity and fungibility.
