National Training Manager Sales - Consumer / Paints /Pharma

Job Purpose : To build capabilities of the sales team and enable them to be field ready.

Key Focus Areas :

1. Design and drive appropriate sales training strategy and execution plan in line with the training needs identified and prioritized by the business

2. Create and collate relevant training content

3. Create and update aiding tools and technology

4. Manage vendors to enable completion of external training programs and interventions

5. Enable and upskill the sales team to ensure they meet their targets and other KPIs

6. Manage and grow the talent within the team by driving people management initiatives
