National Training Head - Life Insurance

Looking for a Head Training, with one of insurance clients based out of Mumbai.

National Training Head Job Specification :

The selected candidate will be responsible for the following :

- Ensure on-schedule stand & deliver trainings like Inductions, Ongoing trainings.

- Ensure Supervisor training - Basis needs identified for Line manager (RM),Telesales and for Support teams.

- Conduct Skill, Knowledge & compliance based training programs.

- Content development using Instructional Design techniques and skills, Designing and developing contents and course material for training

- Mapping competition and building positioning and sales pitch against each competing company/ product.

- Conducting training across the geographical training for motivational aspects.

- Tracking performance of each constituent, identify productivity limiting gaps and support corrective action, through training and development.

- Coordinating with various internal and external customers for quick resolutions of bottlenecks impacting business.

- Co-ordinate and produce training materials and ensure availability of all training equipment /courseware at all locations.

- Ensure traction of data on performance, publishing MIS, dashboard, calendar etc. timely and effectively.

- Providing additional on-the-job help and support to generate business through making pitch presentations and meeting individual customers etc.

- Conduct surveys, collate feedback and send it back to the concerned persons.

- Develop and manage certification processes, Implementing evaluation process - online and offline to create a robust feedback and tracking mechanism on product knowledge and skills of all the trainees.

The candidate must have around 11-15 years of experience handling training in the domain of Life Insurance only.
