Position: National Trade Marketing Manager
Reporting to: Head - Marketing & Trade Marketing
Location: Mumbai
(Candidate must be from Premium Institute with MBA)
ROLE DESCRIPTION
- Handling BTL for the relevant portfolio at PAN India level in Zonal structure
- Channel development and program management of distributors
- Activation and promotions to be carried out nationally
- Understanding the National market for the portfolio thoroughly to be able to create strategy for development of category
- Understanding Brand Strategies and translating them for success in the market
- Create innovate methods to capture market through micromarketing initiatives like Activation and visibility drives
- Ensuring successful New Product Launches - Distribution & Volume
- Preparation of Business Plan & Formulation of Sales Strategies, Promotion Planning and Execution with effective trade spent management, New Product Launch Planning of company's products in Modern Trade / Organized Retail Chains.
- Will be responsible for sales and marketing including formulating commercial agreements with Clients, Merchandising/Store Ops: In-Store Visibility, Personalized Fixtures, Promo Signage etc.
- Set up the E-Commerce channel and oversee the overall business operations of e-commerce. Formulate a comprehensive account wise strategy for e-Commerce channels too.
