This position is accountable for
1. Trade Marketing - Wsale:
- Leads the complete thinking on Wsale channel from a long term impact on the business
a. Development of Sell-in Plans
i. Long term: Loyalty
ii. Short term: QPS, trade loads
b. Development of Sell-out plans
i. Visibility plans (NOT Visibility tools)& execution
c. Store coverage plans
- Data analysis and insights on the channel
- Efficacy of inputs with budget analysis to ensure maximum impact for each rupee spent
- C&C is also a key part of this channel
2. Trade Marketing - Rural:
- Leads the complete thinking on Rural channel from a long term impact on the business
a. Development of Sell-in Plans
i. Long term: Loyalty
ii. Short term: QPS, trade loads
b. Development of Sell-out plans
i. Visibility plans (NOT Visibility tools) & execution
- Efficacy of inputs with budget analysis to ensure maximum impact for each rupee spent
- Lead Demand creation activities to build demand across markets
3. New product launch / Exclusive SKU's for the channel:
- Build robust plans for all NPD's / excl Channel SKU's with key focus on retail planning basis:
i. Building robust plans towards How to win
- Needs to work across product categories with clear guidelines on launch
- Monitors performance across markets via regular reports across the country
- Shares best-in-class launch practices across territories to ensure improvement of launch processes
4. Distributor & People incentive plans
- Build distributor and onroll people R&R / incentive plans towards driving sales agenda
- Liaise with NTMM - Retail & Visibility towards incorporating key brand plans into above inputs
