Key Responsibilities
Managing the Overall Revenue and Profit Generation from the National Business.
Will be responsible for all trade related activities for domestic market (i.e., Trade Schemes, Trade Activation & Visibility programs)
Managing the Strategic & Planning including functional responsibilities such as wholesale & retail engagement programme including loyalty programme.
Working out along with Regional Sales Managers/ Area Sales Managers !Go to Market! strategies.
Making launch plan & Monthly launch tracker and share feed-back on the launch with the stake Holders.
Review periodically the work in progress by Regions on KPIs & KRAs.
Leverage IT in sales organization by designing various implementation tools /designs/ concepts.
Qualification: MBA
