National Technical Manager

- National Technical Manager is responsible for all the valuations and Technical Appraisal of the properties for Retail Asset Business

- Responsible for the verification of the property valuation reports.

- Inspection of Properties and preparing the reports as per requirement

- Team Management and Agency management of external values across PAN India.

- Setting up process for the Valuation and implementing the changes

- Preparation of policies as per new guidelines and training raining the technical managers

- Visiting and monitoring of internal Technical team at various branches

- Manage day to day Operations in coordination with internal / external departments for smooth Financial Technical Appraisals

- Audit of valuation and property inspections in critical cases

- NPA Management and maintaining all the data base of Land Rates, Properties, Market Conditions, Black Listed properties.
