National Technical Head - Property Valuation - BFSI

Technical Head - Handle & assist an in house technical team along with external agencies in doing property valuations across the locations for own as well as various other renowned Financial Institutions in order to assess their suitability as collaterals, approving project files of builders & updations of the same on a periodic basis

- Feasibility studies for projects seeking funding & monitoring projects which have availed funding on a rigorous basis, doing cost analysis for various projects to arrive at a fair cost of construction for the organization as well as for third Parties

- Maintaining property rate indices with respect to suitable time intervals, liasoning with the state authorities as & when required, coordinating with other related departments of the institution in day to day activities, networking with the brokers, preparing & maintaining records, reporting through MIS & keeping a general tab on the trends & happenings in the property market.
