Job Responsibilities: - Adhering to SLA of call closures and ensure total customer satisfaction. - Close interaction with plants and sales so as to resolve issues with customers. - Analyse complaints and trends for complaints, analyse aging and control timely closures. - Propagate pre laying services, undertaking large turnkey laying contracts with large .commercial/ institutional customers for tiling. - Communicate with sales and customers. - Generate sales from service team along with servicing. Educational Qualifications: BE/ B Tech (Civil) from reputed university, preferably PG Skill Sets: - Excellent communication skills - written and verbal - Analytical approach - System orientation - Collaborative, good man manager Experience: - Hands on experience of 12-18 years in Construction Industry, Turnkey Services, Project / Site management at reasonably senior level Experience and comfort in handling contractors with large teams. Exposure to automated systems in CRM.
