Job Role :
Design, develop and manage learning programs to support the fieldforce's strategy and initiatives and enhance the capabilities and productivity of the fieldforce.
To Partner with Sales Head and HR to understand the needs of Sales training and design training programs, with a mix of functional and behavioural.
Custodian of training budget implementation
Establish and maintain relationships with internal departments
Design, develop and manage learning programs to support the field leadership strategy and initiatives and enhance the capabilities and productivity of Decorative Division
Manage the design, development, implementation and deployment of strategic technical / sales / functional training required to build application knowledge, skills, and abilities through-out the value chain (employees, channel, and end users) to support generate sales leads & support sales drive sustainable revenue growth
Conduct training needs analysis and calendar pipeline planning
Support regional sales and marketing efforts
Administrate program communications, nominations, venue selection
Manage course logistics with help of admin / commercial / HR
Maintain Knowledge Centre MIS & metrics to evaluate the effectiveness of training operations
Engage and liaison with product marketing, product development, human resources, partner functions in addition to sales and technical roles to develop and deliver high value, on-demand, blended and live enablement experiences.
Lead field-force engagement program
Candidate Requirement :
MBA preferred
Should have worked in Sales and currently in Training Role preferred
