Key Role:

Accountable for developing and implementing Sales Strategy for B2C, B2B, WMS,Digital Channel

Job Responsibilities:

- Responsibility for defining & designing the group sales strategy

- Develop a business plan and sales strategy for the market that ensures attainment of company sales goals and profitability.

- Responsible and accountable for developing and executing business strategies to deliver growth in accordance with the groups strategic business plans.

- Responsibility of building strategies for new business lines in line with proposed budgeted growth

- Develop and ensure sales procedures are maintained by sharing best practice and continual improvement

- Publish & Review various business reports on the status of growth indicating current status and provide guidance and recommendations for improvements

Desired Candidate Profile

- Min 12-15 yrs of exp

- Able to develop a business plan & sales strategy

- Strategies new initiative

- Excellent communication

- Candidate must be from Mumbai only

- Preferred exposure to Financial services organisation
