The client is a Global tea manufacturer and looking for a sales leader to lead the sales function in India
Description:
- Maximizing the sales for the organization by working in close collaboration with Marketing, Finance, and Distribution
- Understanding the value chain and looking for other new opportunities across different channel
- Building and maintaining strong relationships with key onward customers ( e.g. Modern Trade, Sub-Distributors, Large outlets, HoReCa, Institution
- Analyzing the data and trends from the distributor side to build robust & implementable commercial plan
- Building Budgets by SKU by Channel ( Primary, Secondary, Trade) in a timely manner, collaborating as appropriate to ensure that the plans are in place to achieve the budgets, and to report progress
- Leading and managing the team on the distributor side to derive the sales
Profile:
The ideal candidate should come with 8+ years of experience in the sales function in the FMCG industry. He/ She should be an MBA from premier B school and should have worked in different channels (General Trade, Modern trade, Horeca, E-commerce). He/she should also hold experience in designing and implementing the GTM strategies for the organization. The ideal candidate should be a self-starter with the high drive of ownership and accountability. He/she should have excellent communication and negotiation skills who can also manage multiple stakeholders both nationally and internationally.
